What counts as an AI document?
One invoice, bill or receipt processed by the AI, whether sent on WhatsApp or uploaded. Reports, status checks and everything you do inside the dashboard are unlimited on every plan.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Nothing breaks. Saabi queues the document and tells you honestly. It processes automatically when your allowance refreshes, or you upgrade in one click.
How does per-user pricing work on Pro?
You pay AED 100 a month for each person who needs their own login. Companies are unlimited — a five-person firm running twelve client companies pays for five seats, not twelve companies.
Why does each company need its own WhatsApp number?
So a message can never land in the wrong books. One number belongs to exactly one company at a time. You can move a number between companies by unlinking it first, in Settings under WhatsApp.
Is VAT charged on the subscription?
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. 5% VAT is added at checkout as required by law.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your books remain exportable. They are yours, in your own database, always.
