Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Saabi, accounting software operated from Dubai. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your company.

Saabi provides accounting software, an AI-assisted document intake and reporting channel including WhatsApp, and optional professional services such as audit and tax filing under separate engagement. We may improve or modify features. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan mid-term without notice.

You are responsible for your users, your linked WhatsApp numbers, and keeping credentials safe. Link only numbers you control, and unlink departing staff promptly in Settings or by contacting us.

Your books are yours. You grant us the licence needed to host and process them in order to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you upload.

AI-created records are drafts that require human review and approval. Saabi’s AI does not and cannot post to your ledger.

Saabi’s software outputs, including reports and tax positions shown in the app, are information, not professional accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your filings and returns, except where a signed engagement for our professional services says otherwise, and only to that extent.

Audit and filing services are provided under separate engagement letters that define scope, fees, responsibilities and the professionals performing the work. Nothing is submitted to any authority without your approval.

No unlawful content, no abuse of the service or the WhatsApp channel, no attempting to breach isolation or security, and no reselling without agreement. Fair-use limits such as AI document allowances apply per plan.

Plan fees are as listed on the Pricing page, exclusive of VAT. Professional services are priced per engagement. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period.

We target high availability, but the service is provided as is. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages, including messaging networks and AI providers, may cause interruptions. We fail honestly: when something cannot be processed, the system says so rather than guessing.

Saabi’s software, brand and content are ours. Your data is yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saabi’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

You may cancel at any time, and you should export your books first. We will help. We may suspend an account for non-payment or material breach, with notice. After termination, data is retained or deleted according to the Privacy Policy and the record-keeping duties the law places on us.

UAE law applies, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
